It's originally for making web based apps that will utilize the TPT Login Server. Essentially like Facebook's login system and apps. I'm still working on the original goal, just not much.

The groups system there is a rebuilt and improved version of the original on the official TPT website. The stock exchange was just a fun game I built. Last there's a new profiles that allows you to friend request people. Once accepted, you can message them on a live chat system.

TPTAPI is really a conglomerate of projects and games based on the TPT Login system. Any suggestions are welcome!
