People with a higher average score should be prioritized by the algorithm to reach FP. If a user is new to tpt and has made something good he can post on the forums or use jacob1's FP promotion save.

That is a very, very, very good idea! It would also provide incentive to not post spammy saves.

too bad I haven't done anything with that promotion save in a while ...

But I might start it up again if the front page is so bad. I keep getting distracted with other things though.

Your idea is good, but posting on the forum doesn't get you too much votes and there are innumerable users who never use the forums. Jacob1's fp promo save will require lots of attention if that needs to work, since there are so many users who want fp. Also, there will be tons of users who does not know about the existence of such a save.

Why don't get more moderators or make some trusted users "save police" sort of thing..They can go around and well, moderate. TPT has only a couple of active moderators.
