Flood protection?

    I got this message while trying to post. what is this? "You have triggered flood protection, please wait a minute or so before posting again" i waited for 2 minutes and posted.

    Due to the hosting company being near the sea (in the Netherlands), the servers can't have too many requests or the cooling system will cause a flood in the data center. In the Netherlands, any flood is a really serious business so protecting the servers from floods is mandatory. What you see here is just the consequence of Simon being really respectful and saving the web host from floods similar to the one in Noah's story.
