TPT cleanup

Most of the suggestions in powder toy are rejected for not having enough uses. But there are elements in TPT which does not have much uses but still remain there. the purpose of this thread is:
-to identify such useles elements
-to remove them or add things that make them useful
-to show it's uses to people who think they are useless.
I'll start
1)VINE. duh
2)SOAP. forms bubbles. what is the use of bubbles? (but this can be used for making life forms, it seems)
3)VACU. rarely used now.
968864View Save 968864is the only save that I have seen that uses vaccum.Perhaps add a few reactions that can only take place in the precence of vaccum?
4)DCEL. ACEL is used widely in lazers but i have never seen a save that uses decelerator.You might say that since we have acel, we need dcel too. but we have NICE and LN2 but no nitrogen.

DCEL is also used in lasers. Most of the time you don't want to have a really long ACEL area to heat the photons. People use DCEL to slow down photons before they ACEl them so they can heat them up in one big batch rather than accross the ACEL. (It's more effiecient)
I agree that VACU has been made redundent with the introduction of pump, but before pump was introduced, hundereds if not thosands of saves were made with VACU and they would be broken.
Like you said, soap is good for life forms. (It was also our first atempt at a moving solid, though it didn't work)
VINE is mainly used in terraforming saves or PLNT bombs. These saves spray out snow onto the screen with a ctype of VINE, which then produces plant more effienciently. If we had to use PLNT for ctype we would need more snow which would lead to laggier saves. Ctype modified snow can't be cloned.
There are some elements though that I agree we could do without. Removing them would break saves however, so perhaps we should move them to the secret elements menu?

We have tons of room for new elements, we don't need to remove any for space. That would just break things for no reason.
Even .... VINE needs to be there
If you want to think of new reactions for more useless elements that's ok though.
And I rarely see an actual rejection from developers. Threads just die because none of them ever say yes -

thats right. perhaps elements that are rarely used should be found only by using the elemnts search.that might free up some space. also thats a cool use of vine. perfect for super fire bombs. fire vine all around and then a pixel of fire would do. :D
also, ANAR is another useless element. used only for breaking vibranium. and... salt. can anyone give me any use of salt?

ANAR is used for lots of briges and buildings and SALT is used for SLTW. Now LOVE and LOLZ are truely useless.

okay.. and i think mort should be added into the powders section. it's not useless at all.

@Jacob, I bet I can break LOLZ. Wait...can LOVE break? That would be ironic.
Edit: LOLZ feeds off of DEST and grows, and each LOL can only be destroyed if it's entire O is destroyed, otherwise it heals instantly. Now testing LOVE.
