no, because the purpose of those saves is for logos, and the save is just being used for it's purpose. If it was a different save though, and spammed with logos that possibly lag the save, then that would count as this rule.

If one of these gets front page, it's usually removed also, since it's more of "art" and doesn't do anything. But sometimes they do last a while before someone notices them.
