Well, for starters, you can build a device containing a pressure generator such as PUMP to create a wave of pressure that can shatter various materials, and if you add a heat generator such as URAN or PLSM with ambient heat on, you can make it so that the pressure wave is also extremely hot, melting/vaporizing what it can't shatter with the pressure.

I think he meant in real life. I know energy can travel through space (like the sun's energy, but sound can't), I don't know anything about how to build something that will do anything like that though. -

If the KEP is supposed to simulate entropy on matter, wouldn't it also do the same to whatever device was producing the KEP?
