CAPS LOCK doesn't seem to work in 83.7 (erasing things?).

Is it just me, or is it a bug?

EDIT: Seems Jacob1 already found the bug.

Still, can you (as in Simon Ximon, Jacob1, Catelite) fix it?

I didn't even notice he's been using the Ximon account for a while. Also, he has in interesting ban history...

This will probably be added back sometime, it's the oldest issue reported, besides "not finished"
