In tpt++, the answer used to be yes after clicking but before opening, but now it's no again. I have seen deco at that point on some saves like the boredom one even today, but that is a glitch that I don't feel like reporting (and Simon will see this anyway, so it is reported)

I agree this new deco layer isnt very good.

I think there should be both deco's, because finding the right colour with only 4 sliders is just going to be time consuming and confusing.

PS. I'm not updating TPT until something is done.

I agree that the colour picker could be of use to some people, but it can be lived without.

I personally haven't looked at the new deco editor, but from what I understand, it has pros and cons just like any other feature.
But, why cant you get the beta source and just edit the new tools (that you all seem to like) into an older version, so you'd have the good deco layer with improved tools?

The new way is great for some things but completely terrible at others. I would like to see both systems merged into one great deco tool.

The new deco layer is great! I've always wanted to have this add tool because it's so usefull. But there is no palette now and you can't see what color you are using. But it's only beta and it i hope it will be fixed. Great job!
