Transparent Windows works fine if you know what you're doing. It fails with the Aero Desktop though.
Oh, and to me it seems the face is too realistic. The ear part is clearly self worked on, but I have my doubts. -
good job calling me jealous. that surely wont get you banned at all. anyways, I blocked them because they looked plotted. if you can post screenshots of the drawing process you can publish them again. besides, if you feel the need to draw you're better off joining deviantart. as to being jealous I can draw better than that anyways: http://fav.me/d4r57ky

No offense to whoever locked these, but I think you should ask whether it is plotted and/or for proof BEFORE you lock it for being plotted. Instead of just assuming that it's plotted because it's better than what has been done before. If you do that, how will anything on powder toy get better?
I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. you should provide proof for this along with your save. and again tpt is not for art at all, we're very lenient as is.

Have you ever heard of the benefit of the doubt? I just think it's unfair to lock something before telling the user so he can give his side of the arguement. Seems to me that you're just shooting first and asking questions later. Please don't take this the wrong way and ban me, I'm just giving my views.

Were you serious about your deviantart picture though? Being better? I'm guessing this was imagery plotting though so I say the locking was a good decision to make. -

Most of the reason I think that plotted saves aren't allowed is because of the ease with which you can make plotting software to do it for you, to copy pictures straight into the game. And looking at the past, those sorts of things are insanely popular, which puts people who draw their own stuff even at a disadvantage.
There's plenty of other places to post pixel art anyway, you don't have to keep it here. :P
