I'm using FIRW. I have 8.0 loaded on my screen next to 8.1. 8.0 FIRW travel up high into the air and make a fire explosion. 8.1 FIRW travel up only a short distance, and makes a smaller explosion, in which you can see the EMBR pixels. FIRW has also gotten a darker hue to it in 8.1.
Display mode is Fire, Air is set to on, Gravity is Vertical. FIRW have changed, and I don't know why. I have a few old versions on my computer and they are all the same as 8.0. 8.1 has changed them.
It says 81.1, my mistake. From 80.0 to 81.1 FIRW changed. I want to know if we can ever get it back.
Fixed XD
In answer to your first question, I prefer the bigger explosion, which is a solid color for a while, whereas the newer update graphics have the explosion life shorter. I believe you should keep these new graphics, just make it last a bit longer.
The firework funnel is basically a canister (2 walls of METL or another Solid) filled with FIRW and a piece of BMTL at the top. Lit at the top of the FIRW, the explosion blows the top off of the canister and the rest of the FIRW explosion shoots upwards creating a stream of fire. With the new FIRW, the fire doesn't last long enough and explodes too quickly.
I think what Candy-Ninja meant for the firework funnel is the flare, which is this:
Now it doesn't work
