How does this have to do with geography? Wouldn't it be more to do with Social Studies (SOSE)?

If it's GCSE Geography you have to compare 2 separate places with different primary and secondary data, crime statistics are a good way to compare areas and they are secondary data, that's assuming this is for GCSE geography though.

Suggestion: Host your spreadsheet on Google Drive(unless you're Google paranoid) for online editing and seeing the document without the need to download it.
