It's impossible to implement without full rewrite of TPT... It would require moving solids.

    Answer:
    No.

    Justification:
I can't possibly be arsed to justify my answer to YET ANOTHER one of these.

No, wait, that's not it. He's not suggesting moving solids, people. He's suggesting this - for example, you make a breakable metal skyscraper and then nuke the lower side of it. I think that should make it turn into broken metal. Or even better...

    New element: DEBR - Debree
Description: Using a system sortof like in the game Ace of Spades where blocks fall if unsupported (I have no idea how :/), for example when the bottom part of a skyscraper is blown apart, instead of leaving the upper part levitating, all the materials in it would change to DEBR with a certain CTYPE, and would display as "Broken [material]", like lava displays. Of course, this would be a mode, but it'd be great to have. And, some elements that can't break and can serve as "anchor points": DMND, VOID, CLNE etc. DEBR would change back into the solid when supported again.

Exactly. I've actually had this idea in my head for quite a while. I just didn't know how AoS did it, but maybe Simon is smarter than I am (which he is :P)

Umm. Simon's been working on "structural integrity" for a while now.

He has? Hmm , I know he's working on stress. If it includes some of what I said, rejoyce!
