Do the Dev's Enjoy their job?

    Well do you, our deliverer's of fun, enjoy coding this game for other to enjoy?
    I have never run or coded, or maintained anything on the scale of this community or its program, so is it worth it?
    And to simon: Does running this community sometimes seem like having a class room full of kids?

    Whats the most difficult part of your jobs?
    How do you get around seemingly impossible issues or bugs?
