Hello internets, long time no talk,
I'm here to raise awareness, awareness for the campaign of KONY 2012. The Redditors amongst you may already be aware of this but I'm just helping to publicise the cause.
Joseph Kony is the leader of the "Lord's Resistance Army" (LRA), a Ugandan guerilla group that abducts, and enslaves the children of Uganda as child soldiers. Many people are already helping to raise awareness and the U.S. government has already deployed 100 advisor's to aid the Ugandan Army. Please show your support by:
    - Raising awareness via talking about it, putting up posters, etc.
    - Buying a unique "Invisible Children" bracelet or donating to the cause
      - Joining many others on the night of April 20th by painting the cities and towns of the world with posters throughout the night.
More information can be found in the video and the description below it. People of the Powder Toy community, I urge you to help in any way you can. Thank you for your time,
    Lolzy

This is a huge charity movement. Seriously. The American Government is already helping to stop it but they need more support.

I've been a brony for ages.

    EDIT:

    Did some research.

First off, Kony2012 seemed legit, but slightly, not right. Later, I changed my thinking, did some research, and it was an obvious scam, but I still thought Joseph Kony was a criminal, and it was good to raise awareness about that.

Now, I researched Joseph Kony, and he has in fact, been unheard of for 6 years, and is presumed dead.

Went to youtube, looked at a few videos, and whether they are fake or not, they feel more honest than the Kony 2012 video.

I am aware that they may not be doing it in the right way, but what they stand for is right. I believe in the cause and raising awareness of it, not funding some guys who don't put all of the money straight to the Ugandan children.
