It does? I don't think it does because each of the 12 outputs would have an equal chance of being picked, and if none of them were picked, it would try again. The total probability for each output ends up being 1/12.

Here's what I did a long time ago, the random number generator is on top. It would probably work a little better if I used MERC, but that didn't exist then. You can use/change it if you want.
