Solution: Send Simon a conversation. He won't bite (probably...). Or, as a guess, try resigning from the group? It won't be deleted, but meh. EDIT: You can't remove yourself from your own group through the management section, but resigning might work.

Moral of the story: Don't go making random groups. Save your only group you're allowed to make. Don't waste it.
