It's kinda like a wankel, but uses the energy more efficiently. Round of applause for the guy, but the big question has to be asked: Could it actually produce enough torque to move a car? I doubt it. Then again, I'm sure a company who manufactures motorcycles (probably Honda, they seem to've been obsessed with energy efficiency for a while now) will implement it into a motorbike. The lightweight design of a motorbike could work well with this engine, as it would need less torque.
