    ...that supports transparency, i can't use paint.net right now, is there any other Image Editing Software than can support Transparency?

    Photoshop is the best of all, but it's not free.
    I'm guessing you just switched back from Vista/7 and discovered you need SP3 to run it.
    Also, Gimp is good but complicated, and it's free.

    Yes GIMP is the best free.

    I'm having problems when GIMP.

    When i make the background transparent, AND save it as PNG the background becomes black.

    Apart from photoshop, but that's paid so yeah.
