I have a bit of a problem which involves my ip address

It started like this one day I wanted to register on this one gaming site but declined me and said my ip address is banned and is considered a spammer (I've never spammed before) I thought maybe its just some glitch with the site so I ignored it but more and more sites keeps saying it and the weird thing is I don't even have an ip address (I work with my my phone: a blackberry with which I can download any size file and my phone doesn't even have an ip address) secondly when I tried download something from megaupload it said my ip address is currently downloading some avi. File which I'm not
Third thing is that I registered on some site (which didn't block me) and they requested I choose my country by default it was on Uk so I changed it to south africa (where I live and always have been) but when I said accept guess what it said: sorry but your choice is wrong we have detected your ip address if rom the united kingdom

Wtf I'm very very certain I'm not in the uk at this moment so any idea as to why this is happening?

If it is a hacker I'd rather back track him to his location and send the triads to him rather then a virus -_-

Naaah I don't think so cause they specifically say this is a no spammer policy site blah blah blah and then tells me I'm a spammer *gets out phone* ya you guys the triads okay please get me 6 guys and a truck full of explosives please

That's a bit harsh from the company now I have to suffer for their sake meh ah well as long as I can stay here I'm fine :D
