just like catelite said use pcln that works just the same and also like catelite stated it is very pointless to make a element to do that. also i thought we already had electrode etrd so another name might be useful.

Why can't you just use PCLN(ELEC)?
This is basically PCLN with a ctype of ELEC. Why would we need this? -
Powered clone is based on turn on with Pscn and turn off with Nscn. We need an electron emitter which emits ONLY during the time that it is powered (like with electrode, and tesla coil elements). This would allow us to simulate electron guns in CRT tubes.

it does not clone sing and dest because they destroy pcln they clone them until it is destructed
