And why not code Powered Portals to ignore a spark from PSCN/NSCN (like INWR does for METL) Yet PSCN/NSCN Still change the life of it. When life is below 10 then It is off and when above (because the PRTI/O effect uses life) 10 it is on. Admittedly I don't code, Not 'coz I can't be arsed but because I F**ked up. If an experienced Windows User gives me step by step instructions (Including set up of programs 'coz I'm pretty sure I f**ked them up as well) then I won't go on about asking for new elements or even argue unless I know it can be done.

I already suggested this element and a lot of people said it would be usless, but honestly it wouldn't be usless. It's only usless to people that don't like the idea, and I've come to a conclusion that it would be usless to them because they have no imagination whatsoever.
