This might be useful, but portals already use electricity to relay like wifi don't they?

Because a powered portal has absolutely no use. It would at least have the same amount of use as the regular portals...I mean, has there ever been an idea you didn't hate? It's just getting annoying at this point.

Anyways, encasing things in walls isn't always convenient, as the portal will have to be fitted to the 4x4 grid. Not only does this waste unnecessary space, but it hampers the potential aesthetics of the save, as the deco layer will not completely cover portals or walls. I think this is a good idea, and really wouldn't be that hard to add. I know this has been suggested before, but has just been ignored, so maybe you'll have better luck.

PUMP is entirely different. There was no real fuss on the forums about PVOD. And PCLN was here before I was.

    Yep, so this wouldn't work.

If you used METL, then they'd work. If you used PSCN or NSCN then it would change whether it'd be on or off.#
I like the idea of Powered Portals. +1.

I agree with asdf72. You could just code it to only accept spark from metl.

I wouldn't call walls an element and:

So, ads999, if a noob suggested a liquid only filter element, would you agree? No, you would say it can already be done with walls. Same with this.

No I wouldn't say anything to be honest.

Come on man, think of all the possibilities. I would also reccomend not critisizing the Moderators. That really doesnt go well.
