Granted. However, a Chinese spy invents a realistic robot that looks exactly like your President/Prime minister. They kidnap the real leader and put in their new robot that was programmed to share a bill idea that filters the internet so almost nothing can be done on the internet, which it passes and is now a law, rendering your internet useless.
