In the beta I noticed the new element of TESC (Tesla Coil) That produces another new element LIGH (Lightning) produces cold LIGH. Why? Why doesn't it produce hot LIGH?

I've also noticed that the LIGH from TESC makes any element it touches (apart from itself) heat up, Even PRTI, PRTO and WIFI!
