With this it could be a fully automatic scenario.

INCORRECT!!
You DID NOT say that people would be banned for this automatically, only that the vote is basically neutralised.

Owned.
If you ever go on reddit, this thing is fully automatic. Known cheaters are reported to moderaters and are put on a blacklist AUTOMATICALY,

Owned.

Oh and how is vote neutrilizing useless? It stops good for nothing spammers getting to the front page!

Moderators will check the front page save and permaban the person who did it.

Also, ever think how many accounts that would take? To get something to the front page right now, you would need about 15 accounts to vote up your own save on.

As a reddit user myself, I'm aware of the vote fuzzing (and the vote balancing, where a submission loses votes as interest is lost, preventing the same material from lingering on the front pages).

It's a great idea, but I'm not entirely sure how to implement it and it would need "tuning". I'm not entirely sure if it would work well for us as there's not as many votes on Powder Toy as there is on reddit.

@cctvdude99
You need to be less aggressive, you have a habit of posting "owned" and it makes you look like an idiot, especially when you're wrong.

In this case, I was not wrong, he did not say banning would occur.

But anyway, I still don't see any benefits. The vote neutralising could be useful, but I still don't see how the fuzzing would be any use.

If it can be done, people will do it.
And I forgot to add:
+ Spammers can also be stopped from downvoting popular saves.
+ Tagspam would also be gone.

Can anyone tell me what is vote fuzzing? Sorry for my bad grammar.

I don't really understand the concept. It might make it so that a mass-voter won't know whether the votes went through, but the votes will still stay there until a mod removes them.
