Simple issue, your school network blocks signing in through the game. TPT can't connect through most school networks.

You cant because school has its own network that blocks sites. If the Powder Toy Forum is blocked you cant sign in

I can't login, but the site at school isn't blocked. :P

it is because port 60 (or 90 cant remember which one) is blocked by your school

just open port. We always set antivirus and history saving off on 4 grade. We also made everyone to be an admin, it needed little crack

If the port is locked, you can use a proxy if you find a good and free one (or host your own)

Yes TPT has it, you must set it via command line, something like powder proxy:host:port (see wiki for details)
Or if it doesnt work, there exist some (Windows) programs that apply proxy to ALL programs, even ones that doesn't support it, I use them to play online games at school (I don't remember the name).
P.S. at my school, TPT works but some other games like Teeworlds and ETQW don't.
