    no it freezes water almost instantly

    Frzw is just water that has been touched by Frzz

    yes and frzw is always -273.15 (unless you heat it but then it will cool down to that after it)

    FRZW self cools itself to ~ 270 degrees C. It is a liquid. It turns to ICE when moved around or changed temperature, generally.

    ICE is frozen water. It can be heated to turn back into WATR.

    I thought that was very obvious and easy to work out.
