What is up with the front page?

check out my dice game v2.......i put weeks into that thing and it gets 2 votes................its my stupid stuff that has made the front page lol. some of my old stupid photon rainbow stuff made it, and now i have a phoon illusion on the front page, which is cool, but didn't take much work

There is a lack of DECENT saves currently. Your photon illusion (v2) was probably removed because the first one is still there, and the saves are virtually identical.
The promoted save wouldn't have terrible votes if you guys didn't just downvote it just because you don't want it there, it isn't going anywhere. If you actually look at it, it is pretty cool.
It has nothing to do with how fast you get votes. -

The tsunami save is from February/March, it is WAY too old, it may have even been on back then.
Only saves less than a week old can be on. -

while i agree that the promoted save is actually pretty cool, the 2nd phot illusion is not the same...even though it works on the same principle, the save is completly different...its a tornado for gods sake :)

that i most deffinatly agree with, saves that are all deco layer are taking the skill out of tpt, and i thank you for taking them down:)_ -
And I thought I had the last of the bringalinback signs, too.
CaptainKirk, I removed that save myself because it's identical to the save with photons travelling in a straight line (oh wow) except that it has different points of gravity pushing them. It only got on the front page because you linked to it from the first one.
And the deco layer isn't taking any of the skill out of TPT. People put a lot of work into their guns that shoot things and putting colors up themselves. -
Promoted saves start from the top left corner. Highest vote/time saves start from the bottom right corner.
Basically we're just trying to make room on the front page for a little bit of everything, I had to remove a few hundred random pixel art saves from the front to make room for half of the ones that are up there now.
