DLAY (delay) element

Pretty much the same thing as previously suggested HESC (HEat Sensetive Conductor).

    Properties:
    1. Accept current only from PSCN or NSCN
    2. Transfer current only to PSCN, NSCN or SWCH
    3. Does not transfer current back to where it came from
    4. Does not conduct heat (to be used with HEAT/COOL)
    5. Delay current transfer to the amount of frames equal to its temperature
    6. Can accept current immediately after delay is over (not like water -_-)

    Applications:
    1. Anything related to timing
    2. Precise synchronisation
    3. Lots of electronic things can be made much smaller

It'll be extremely useful in proper hands :3

Little demo, just not to be proofless...

    dlay

The element is coded and I am ready to send a pull request if it is accepted.

Why not just use a water resistor to slow down the current?

Water is not variable, and dlay can "Can accept current immediately after delay is over (not like water -_-)"

    This actually sounds useful.
