DLAY (delay) element

Pretty much the same thing as previously suggested HESC (HEat Sensetive Conductor).
Properties:- Accept current only from PSCN or NSCN
- Transfer current only to PSCN, NSCN or SWCH
- Does not transfer current back to where it came from
- Does not conduct heat (to be used with HEAT/COOL)
- Delay current transfer to the amount of frames equal to its temperature
- Can accept current immediately after delay is over (not like water -_-)
Applications:- Anything related to timing
- Precise synchronisation
- Lots of electronic things can be made much smaller
It'll be extremely useful in proper hands :3
Little demo, just not to be proofless...

Water is not variable, and dlay can "Can accept current immediately after delay is over (not like water -_-)"
This actually sounds useful.
