P90X Workout

    I know this is advertising, and I will probably get a couple hours' ban for this, but you guys have got to try the P90X workout! See my avatar? No Photoshop at all. This is after a week of P90X. Epic!

    I do swim team, it really works you out. I'm still half tired from a meet two days ago.

    Yeah, I do some small time UFC/MMA fights, and this stuff is incredible!

    Step 1: Go jogging every day.

    Step 2: Increase distance slightly every day.

    step 3: I AM GOD WITH A SIX PACK!

    @cooldaddy96 I tried that actually, but I only got leg muscles. Tried P90X, and SHAPOW! Self, meet my two friends, Abs and Pecs.

    @cooldaddy96 I live in a really small town, and it's too hot to bike for now. 102 degrees :/ So I just do my workouts and UFC/MMA fights. Ha.

    My personnal workout starts by getting out of my bed, then I like to do ~ 1 Hour of Programming, 10 minutes pause, I repeat until 9:00 PM then I go to sleep. Do that for all summer and you'll have a Six Pack in your brains.

    im 13 and ive done 3 rounds of p90x itz freakin hard and if your out of shape you will probaly die
