Photon bending really popular?

Why does it seem like the new ability to bend photons is extremely popular? The front page usually has about 3 voted up photon bending creations and I can't see what's so spectacular about this.

I completely agree, i made a lame save using this to show my friend newtonian gravity, and within the week, it hits the front page. And there are others better then mine, but still they have nothing special. I think whenever a new feature comes out, at first people will think it's unbeliveable, eventually the buzz will die down.

Yeah, I have noticed that photon bending has become really popular latley. It IS getting old, but it could provide a new method for accelerated photon lasers (with the 50 version beta, the prisim-thingy no longer speeds up photons. And when photons or neutrons swing around a BHOL, they speed up.) I'm currently working on a prototype that uses this effect. I'll keep you guys posted, but it's probably gonna turn out to be a disaster.

It isn't just the bending though.

The photons enter the corresponding colors, which is very hard to do.

They enter the corresponding colors? Wow, didn't notice that. Very cool.
Anyone have any ideas on an APL (accelerated photon laser) with BHOL and/or WHOL?

Not really. You just make the coloured beams then shove some VOID in the beam's path... -_-
