NEUT into PHOT

I've been wanting to build a little "radio tower" that can send photons in all directions that can be collected by little solar panels.

We have INVS, which turns photon into neutron, but why not the other way around?

Neutrons naturally go all over the place. Photons, even with a clone of sorts, only goes in 8 directions until reflected. No matter how fancy of a reflector or refracter or combination I use, there are many spots that are missed.

With some element similar to INVS that changes neutron into photon, while keeping the same direction as the neutrons that went through, I could achieve this effect perfectly.

I want to be able to come in contact with as much area as I can with photon, and that is necessary to do this project. I'm sure it could come in use for so much more too.

Glass converts some neutrons into photons.

I want them all to be turned into photons though.

Actually, I've been wanting it for maybe a week.

Tried that too, in layers of glass and emptiness, even.
