Most likely wrong. Under our conditions we only have 93 (off the top of my head and I am very tired) plus man made elements. They are man made because they are so unstable that they decay quickly. Unless another galaxy was under the effect of gravity on such a level that it could hold a nucleus together then I'm afraid you're wrong. Even if there was one anyway it would just cause mass fusion and make a giant millionth generation star. -
