Did you even read the end of the the 3rd step that i mentioned? here it is again, all 3 steps just for you:

1) Cut the attitude.

2) Think, will my idea actually be of any use

3) After these two steps have been observed and you have ascertained that they are both covered you can post it somewhere more befitting it, such as the feedback or general sub-forums.
