The effect is lessened without the redpower texture patches, but on opening something from IC2 with a GUI, I still crash. Might work the other way around as well, haven't checked.

Xenocide

You need to remove EVERY MOD, enable logging, then add them one by one until it crashes and the log will tell you which has caused what.

Using a previous Optifine gives me even more errors, and crashes even faster.
