@Taipan-AU lol to get the "thingy" just click on the tab above labeled "profile" and then there is more tabs click on the "upload avatar" button :)

I think you need fan. Place some fan, then SHIFT+click-drag, on the fan, in the direction you want it to blow.

Wind tool use: Drag across the screen with the wind tool. This does not save, as it is a tool, not an element.
