    Would it be possible for TPT++ to be released as  an 'Alpha', so in the downloads list there will be Stable, Beta and Alpha?

     

    I'm interested in monitoring the progress, I know you guys have put a lot of work into this.

    Alpha pretty much means "private bug fix release". Betas are "public bug fix releases" so they're following the regular meaning I suppose. You could compile the newest yourself though..

    I thought the meaning of alpha was its still under development and so is provided 'as is' so there would be no support to the community about it.

    Yeah, they should put in a beta, or at least the DLL's so you can get it from Jacob1's mod.

    Can anyone please give me a self compiled version of tpt++.without any further downloads like dlls etc.please give me if anyone has it or any idea how to get it (latest version)

    I compiled it for windows and put a link here, it's a little old though, I don't know when I will post another.
    Edit 8/12/12: There are now official snapshots for testing, and an alpha will be released soon. Just wait for the alpha, or see the bottom of my mod thread's post for a link to the snapshots.

    People sometimes treat betas as the real version, people would just complain about how unfinished some things are. Also, what about my mod?
