Before you physically die you forget things, so I forget the thing that kills me and come back to life (albeit with no memories)
The next user has been infected with Naegleria fowleri and their brain is being eaten. -
Fortunately, I happened to have engineered a virus that kills any Naegleria Fowleri, which I use before the protist can do any real damage.
The next user has been infected with a virus that destroys the cells making up the heart.

Fortunately, I had somehow managed to pour nitric acid down the barrel of the rifle. The acid rapidly dissolved the cartridge of the bullet that was loaded, in addition to corroding the inside of the barrel. As a result, when you tried to fire the gun, the gun simply exploded, showering you with nitric acid drops wnich kill you.
The next user is a normal human who is dropped into a hot mixture of 45% hydrogen peroxide, 45% sulfuric acid, and 5% water. As a result, your body is mostly dissolved in under five minutes. You do not have a way of escaping, or neutralizing the acidic mixture. You will also die even if you are rescued.
