Maybe there should be a default little bit of text that says "Don't forget to vote." That way more people vote and it is a level playing field. Just something I thought up then :P

There is a perfect amount of rules. Most of which is common sense. Don't be inappropriate, don't have green up arrows in your saves, and don't spam.
In fact, check this. Get a school handbook, most schools have them, and look at the rules. You'll notice about 30 things about only how you should dress, and about the same number for the other 10 things on there.
If someone can't just glance once at the rules on here and go "ok, I got it" then they should turn off the computer, go outside, and shout to the world their stupidity.
