Solid Wind Should Stay

The decorations layer might be a better alternative to an invisible element, once it has been finished and released.

So it's going to be real? *hops joyfully*

Yea, but all the saves that people can't be bothered updating to use BRAY are now going to break...

    And? :P

Besides as tudor said, we have a decorations layer that serves the exact same function.

For the same reason as the integer overflow errors used to create blinking lights and sparkling BRAY were removed. It looks bad if unintended bugs are allowed to roam for no reason at all.

However, that doesn't mean we can't code them in deliberately in another, less buggy form. :P

WIND was designed as a tool, not anything else. I only used the particle system to create the menu icon, as the way AIR/HEAT and such, are done as walls, and confusing. The ONLY purpose of the glitch is for it's invisibility, which you CAN do with BRAY and also probably the decoration layer soon.
It was never ever intended to be created as a particle, therefore I hope the fix gets taken.

Yes, you can do it with BRAY, but BIG WHOOP!! We know you can do it with BRAY, it's been said like 4 times... My issue is broken saves.

    Rock-:

You're always denying things that you say may ruin a few saves, but now something that has been used in numerous saves will be removed, thus ruining.

Exactly! You can't go around making INSL not burn, it'd break saves. Just like you can't go around deleting elements (well, you can, it's just no one will like you for it). All these saves (unless you do something to make the WIND turn to BRAY) will be broken and full of DUST.

EDIT: Look, if I can get together a decent argument/team for keeping solid WIND within the next week, can we keep it?

Nah, solid wind has no use when you can just use something like diamond sooo -1.

...and 'cause cctvdude99 was being rude to me on IRC, -2.
