I'm typing this while siting at my computer, headless, purely on muscle memory. As of 11am today my head exploded after using Piston's and Frames.

I've learned quite a bit about energy taking chemistry and I need to inform you heat is just another form of energy. It seems to be this way only when water is the substance i'm trying to heat.
It kind of bugs me that I can heat anything in the game through the energy wall except for water. Lava cools into solid rock, fire on coal is put out by the water. I could possibly use an electrical method but I'd prefer to be able to do something simply. I'm not saying it destroys the fun I'm just saying I'd prefer an easier method of heating.
Weird thing, on heat display, PLSM and PHOT show a hotter temperature than they actually are.
I think you should add soil like for example its wet sand that lets trees, plants etc grow on it and when it gets really hot the water releases and some plants like cati grow on sand
