 Based on your previous suggestion, I made DMRN immune to Black flames so that you can store or protect something from it.

Adding more elements to the exception list would kind of defy the purpose of BFLM. It's intended to be an extremely powerful element that's not easy to stop.

25.7 released

This updates the inbuilt tptmp script to the latest version, includes some other internal changes and also hopefully makes updating the scripts via manager easier.

 That's strange.

Nah, I don't think the slow wifi connection has anything to do with it, at all. Does it throw any error like "Cannot load tptmp, higher version already running" or something like that when it happens?

Also, I would like you to open the lua manager and see if it shows tptmp in the list of downloaded scripts. If it does, delete it.

 You don't need to delete scripts folder, well, unless and until you are stuck on that version which throws an startup error. In that case you can try launching vanilla tpt>simulation options>open data folder>scripts.  Or else you can search it in %appdata%

If you're able to launch the mod properly, I would suggest using in game options to solve the issue instead of deleting the folder.

You can also manually update it using the links provided in the first post and save yourself from all the hassle.
