Why on the forum website there's 16 slots for FP but in powder toy in the save viewer there sre only 15?

I have no idea, it probably just works better, since the game is 5x3 and the website is 4x4. Maybe 5x3 doesn't look right.
In my mod, I discovered there is actually room for 20 things on the front page, my mod lets you view these extra 5 (4) saves. It's just design the reason you can't see the rest, they don't fit well. -

Ditto...and my avatar (an alien spaceship) still won't show up here and it says I have 0 saves. And I still can post in the forum on my tablet. -_- (note...it's a cheap one that doesn't even have a camera. But it does have the latest Android version.) So, you need to fix the website source.

Your avatar looks fine to me, The stats on the user page update about every week, and only public saves.

I would hope so, I was sad to see it removed (or rather not added back). Simon didn't think many people knew how to use it, I think it could be done slightly different as the old way of selecting the element was confusing.
