    Why be problematic about that? Everytime I see an advertiser, I down-vote the save he's advertising.

    well thats a start, but people arn't going to realise you down-voting because he was advertising. if it was against the rules, and the reason was specified, people would hopefully get the point.

    But most of the rules are only "minor" and not worthy of an immediate ban of any length.

    Maybe there could be a way to deduct the votes of the advertised save?
