for the "this user is banned" hidden text you have to break the rules and get banned then text will be hidden (literally) -

About getting banned is see someone do something like that and doesn't need to be banned -
No, not about getting banned... I mean the boxes and what they display etc. I can't find one, but there used to be some thread called: WTF!!! and inside had this guy who was banned and stuff like that, but I've seen those boxes edited and sometimes people once did it in the spam thread, but I can't find it anymore.
