    i have an i3 and when i do to much in the game the frames era6 or 7...normal its 80-90 frames

    Impossible. PT has a FPS cap of 60.

    No it's capped at 60. It can sometimes go over because of the way it's written

    the limit is 1000/16 which is as close to 60 as you can get with an int, so it is 62.

    easy way to fix is making two powder toys one for multithreaded and one for whatever
    that way you can still use your old saves

    well you would still be able to make it multi core but the processor does affect it in specs vs and i7 and rest cpu config it will be around 5 fps faster at what im talking about but it would only really make a diffrence with processor type if it was multi core i7 it wouldn't run at 5 fps faster it would be 20 fps faster. but it would still make a diffrence. but diffrence beetween speed turbo boost cache overclocking ram motherboard graphics card and wether or not the processor is mobile or not do make a diffrence but not much because they can run faster unless cpu can process more.
