As much as I *didn't* want to speak while people are doing stuff, it is nessesary to issue a fix.
If you're using a Linux and the wget command, it's almost certaintly going to be inconsistant or will give you the old format. Otherwise if you're on Windows or something else, it will give you the new file for some reason.

it has nothing to do with wget or linux ... i'm on windows and get the same file as always.

As much as I was against doing this, I've given it a new extension. The reason I didn't want to do this is because of the checksum being inconsistent or the file does not exist for many.
