I really don't care about how long you've been here or how active you are. The quality of those activities and how you step up to be a moderator contributes to the score. Also just moderating isn't enough anymore as I see it. The last person to be a moderator without any code experience (C++, C, etc) was way back when the moderation staff was formed. And now most, if not all of us know coding or have some sort of contribution to the game/community that was inovative.
