If the top row of letters on your keyboard is QWERTY, it will work.
If it is QWERTZ, try hitting Y.
If your keyboard is AZERTY, try W.

Also, you need to hold Z to zoom. When you are on the area you want to stay on, click while holding Z and the zoom window will stay. :)

Also, @wingchun , you can change zoom power using scroll wheel.
